The sesame seared tuna

The sesame seared tuna
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
- 400 gr. Fresh Tuna.
- 600 gr. Potatoes.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- Sesame seeds.
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
- Juice of 1 / 2 lemon.
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
- Olive Oil.
- Sal
- Pepper.
Preparation:
1) Wash the potatoes and boiled with the shell, drain and let cool.
2) Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and season with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, lemon juice and chopped parsley.
3) Cut fresh tuna into cubes of 2 cm each side. Brush with a little olive oil and roll in sesame seeds to coat.
4) Seal the fish for 1 minute in a pan with hot olive oil with the garlic clove. Add salt and pepper.
5) Place the cubes of fish on potato salad.
6) Season with soy sauce and serve.
