Home remedies for constipation


By: Joel Gonzalez One of the main causes of constipation is lack of hydration. It should take 6 to 8 glasses of purified water per day to promote a healthy intestine.

Here are the best home remedies for constipation:

1) Mix 230 ml of milk with 90 ml of juice raisins addition, a few drops of licorice extract should be taken in the morning.

2) Take on an empty stomach a glass of water and mix a tablespoon of olive oil and juice of ½ lemon

3) Take lemon juice mixed with warm water two or three times a day.

4) Take a quart of warm water and walk for a couple of minutes, this immediately after waking in the morning.

5) Put 12 large raisins in a bowl, add milk and bring to a boil, then eat the raisins and drink the milk at the end.

6) Pears are valuable in the treatment of constipation. Patients suffering from chronic constipation should accept an exclusive diet of this fruit or the juice of this for a few days, but usually a medium sized pear after dinner or with breakfast will have the desired effect.

7) Guava. When eaten with seeds helps the normal evacuation of the bowels. They recommend two guavas per day.
