Ginefiv Launches New Technique Removes selection and Boosts damaged sperm fertilization in a 13%
The fertility clinic has incorporated Ginefiv technique immunomagnetic cell selection (MACS) that it enables the sperm apoptotic markers, destined to die, the healthy and optimal for fertilization of the egg.
This selection improves the fertilization rate by 13 percent.
"In this technique the protein Annexin mixed with small magnetic beads for recognizing the damaged membrane male gametes destined to die. They are magnetized in a filter column by passing the semen sample, allowing only healthy to be used for fertilization, "says the coordinator of the clinic Ginefiv lab, Dr. Vincent Badajoz.
Immunomagnetic cell selection in the sperm pass through a magnet, and those who have a membrane degenerate, they are retained on the filter magnet column, freeing a healthy and fit gametes for fertilization of the egg. The technique is indicated for patients with poor sperm quality and more than two cycles without pregnancy, abortions, repeat or failure of embryo implantation.
As mentioned, this selection of sperm increases dramatically the ability of the fertilized egg to be healthy, with more quality sperm and, therefore, that the potential problems arising from poor semen quality are not problems for the pregnancy.
Ginefiv fertility clinic has 20 years of experience and more than 15,000 children born through these techniques. Our goal and hope is to help our patients achieve their main objective .... Have a child. It also has units of egg donation, sperm donation, embryo preservation ...
